Metal Technology Company Ltd. (MTC) will be attending and presenting at the upcoming EPMA HIP seminar in Oslo-Norway. Shotaro ITO of our Shiga Plant will speak on 'Micro Slurry-Jet Erosion Assessment for HIPed Material'. He will speak on the collaboration between Fukui University and Metal Technology Co. Ltd. in evaluating the mechanical properties of Ti64 and IN718 samples manufactured by a combination of additive manufacturing and HIP.

Metal Technology Co. Ltd. Himeji Plant announces that it has received Nadcap® accreditation for Heat Treating.

Metal Technology Co. Ltd. Himeji Plant received Nadcap® accreditation for demonstrating their ongoing commitment to quality by satisfying customer requirements and industry specifications.

The theme of these exhibitions is “Additive manufacturing from prototype to practical parts”.
We will display practical samples which have been used. There will be demonstrations and information for our visitors to easily understand how AM could meet the demands of mass production using additive manufacturing.

MTC will be attending and exhibiting at the "36th Annual Meeting of the Plasma and Fusion Society".
Venue: Chubu University Kasugai Campus
Date: November 29, 2019 (Fri)-December 2 (Mon)

During the event MTC will provide opportunities for guests to learn about our bonding capabilities (HIP diffusion bonding, brazing) and see the latest manufacturing technology that MTC has been developing.
The exhibit will introduce the results of our recent designs and productions.

The Engineering division in MTC is combining MTC’s manufacturing technologies and applying these to support and contribute to research and development in the plasma and fusion fields. Since we will have technical staff stationed at the booth, feel free to ask for consultations as well as introductions. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if we can support your needs.
