In the aviation industry, manufactured parts should be guaranteed to the highest standard of safety. Therefore, it is necessary to set the standard which even small plants or firms can follow to meet those demands. EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) sets out, in detail, these requirements to be met. A strict set of requirements to meet the standard of manufacturing and the maintenance of products produced for the industry. We have complied and met these requirements to be certified. Metal Technology Co. Ltd.’s Chiba and Narita Plants have obtained this certification and implement this in their daily quality management system.

FAA Air agency certificate

FAA

This is the certification certified by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under the authority of Department of Transportation (DOT). It allows the company to manufacture and repair aircraft related parts by following strict standards. Without the certification, manufacturing aircrafts related parts for the US is not possible. Metal Technology Co. Ltd.’s Chiba and Narita Plant have both acquired this certification and consistently implement this standard in their daily production.

Acquiring this certification shows that our plants fully meet these high requirements. Our Suzhou Plant in China has this certification and maintains this standard across all areas of production.

Acquiring this certification shows that our plants fully meet these requirements. Himeji Plant is the first of our Japanese plants to obtain this certification.

GE Aviation

GE Aviation

This is a quality management standard which GE Aviation requires all GE suppliers and manufacturers to acquire and maintain. GE Aviation accreditation requires the standard JISQ9000 and ISO9001 certificate standards alongside additional more stringent and strict quality management such as maintenance of inspections and records based on the specification that is required. Our Suzhou Plant in China has this accreditation for HIP treatment.
