| We have obtained MIL specs (Military Specification) in the defence and aerospace related equipment industries, and we continue to achieve specifications for aircraft manufacturers. The strict requirements are also appreciated by our customers in non-related industries. We are constantly striving to improve our quality control system and as a result we have obtained ISO 9000 series certification and aerospace related machining certificates. The most recent certifications we have obtained is Nadcap for heat treatment at our Shiga factory.

| Using our factories' ISO 9000 series accreditation as a base, we have developed our own quality assurance system through in-house review. We now have a complete quality assurance system that meets all of our customer’s needs. |

| We have developed software inhouse for our quality system including: document control, process control, equipment control, and traceability control. Utilizing this system, we can respond to any inquiries in a timely manner. |

| Our database including technical, sales, production, and quality control is shared through each factories LAN ( Local Area Network), as well as by WAN ( Wide Area Network ) . |  |

| We have ultrasonic testing equipment and other up-to-date inspection equipment that are especially effective for inspecting bonded parts. We provide high quality parts through a combination of our equipment and quality assurance system. | |

Ｐｏｉｎｔ５ Control system for special processes
| We have developed an “Automatic temperature uniformity measuring / measuring equipment calibration system” for temperature control. The temperature control is important for special processes using various heat treatment equipment and HIP units as we do detailed checks on the system. All manufacturing parameters are registered in the computer and data is maintained. |
