Sintering is the process to create solid materials from powdered materials by applying heat and pressure to the powder without reaching its melting point. With the largest HIP unit and the largest hot press unit in Japan, we can sinter large parts and materials.

Sintering materials include: various metal-based with ferrous and non-ferrous materials, pure metals, metals with high melting points, various alloys, carbides, oxides, nitrides, borides, sulfides, ceramics, intermetallic compounds, etc. Sintered linings can be achieved for better corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, friction resistance, and thermal shock.

For sintering by hot pressing, we can achieve complete manufacturing including powder procurement, mold design, powder filling and finishing by machining. High quality The advantage over casting is that there is no segregation inside the sintered product. By using isostatic or axial pressure, the sintered product is defect-free with a uniform structure. High quality heat treatment is achieved by using appropriate heat treating parameters based on past data.
