Giga-HIP, our HIP unit with the world largest working zone started its operation. Giga-HIP can be used to process large parts which could not be realized due to its size limitation by conventional HIP units, and large volume of small components which realizes the enormous cost reduction accordingly.

The market demand for HIPing large part is growing all over the world. Now large HIP unit is indispensable for responding rapidly improving technological innovation. In order to answer the requirement from our customers, we made decision to install Giga-HIP.

We can HIP large parts with the Giga-HIP, and total manufacturing cost can be reduced due to unnecessary processes, conventionally required. For instance, welding assembly of small components would not be necessary, and furthermore yielding better quality without having any weld sections. For small components, we can process large volume per batch, and expected HIP cost reduction.
