Abort window chamber

■Part

This is used in a particle accelerator in one of our customer’s facilities.
This chamber allows excess particles to be released from the chamber.

■Manufacturing technology

We have diffusion bonded “allunimum alloy+ stainless steel” and “titanium alloy + stainless steel” by HIPing. Those two parts were then bonded by electron beam welding. The part was completed by brazing copper pipe to the part in a vacuum.

Machined the top and bottom Ni base alloy plates, then diffusion bonded them using vacuum hot press equipment.

Gas turbine honeycomb part

This is used for gas turbine equipment.

Vacuum brazed a heat resistant honeycomb structure made of steel to the ring.
